I realised that I don't draw enough of the actual official Sonic cast, so I thought I would put some time aside to draw some of my favourite characters.

I know that people say that Shade is just SEGA's attempt at Julie-Su from Archie, but I do like Shade a lot. You know, she is really different from many of SEGA's females, kind of like an echidna version of Blaze.

She WILL kick ass.

I am actually really proud of this picture...because I actually bother to colour the background. I'm also proud of the pose and the fact that I have improved on drawing Shade so much since like, a year ago. Go back through my gallery and you'll see what I mean.

So yea. I'm gonna draw more Sonic girls, cause I always prefer drawing the girls than the guys.
