They didn't know how it happened. How their peaceful world, was suddenly plunged into darkness. It was when THOSE creatures came. Hiding in the shadows, lurking in wait. After something...or someone...whatever it was they wanted, they were sure to get it.

Screams echoed around as the girl ran from the shadows. That was impossible, right? How could you escape from shadows? She had to find her friends, anyone that could help fight back! But then a pain shot through her chest, her eyes wide as the creatures snuck up on her, dragging her into the depths of ebony beneath her. She struggled to get free, the light leaving her body...

...and she rose from the darkness, without a heart. Now running on instinct...and craving to destroy the light.

I've gotten back into Kingdom Hearts recently, which is always fun!

I remember previously having seen one artist turn the Sonic cast into Heartless (I couldn't for the life of me remember their username). So basically, I didn't come up with this concept first, I just liked the idea.

This is Amy Rose as a Heartless anyway! Her Heartless name is 'Barbed Rose' obviously because of the barbed wire surrounding her body. In true Kingdom Hearts style, she has her own unique fighting pattern that would be sure to annoy the hell out of you if you were fighting her -

Long Ranged Attack : Her long ranged attack is to summon the barbed wire from her body and to make it stab you from long distance.

Close Ranged Attack : Is obviously her hammer. However, if you deplete her health quite low, she loses her hammer. After this, her close range attack will be simple slashing with her sharp claws.

I want to draw more of these! Any suggestions of who else you would like to see as my take on their Heartless form...? I might make Nobody style Sonic cast too perhaps...I like the concept anyway
